Tiffany Daugherty has an extensive background in career services and military affairs, with significant experience in developing and leading programs that support veterans and military personnel. Tiffany served as the Director of Career Services at The Art Institute of Tennessee-Nashville, where a new department was established to aid approximately 800 students. Roles at Vanderbilt University and Wounded Warrior Project involved directing teams to assist students and veterans in securing employment, while positions at First Data Corporation and Barclays focused on creating successful military outreach strategies. Currently, Tiffany serves as the Head of Military & Veterans Affairs and Specialty Strategies at Johnson & Johnson, after previously holding a Human Resources Leader role within the same organization. Educationally, Tiffany is a graduate of the George W. Bush Institute's Veteran Leadership Program.
