Tom Aelbrecht

Tom Aelbrecht is currently the COO of J&J Campus Belgium and Head of Strategic Partnerships, where they drive the innovation and investment strategy for the campus. They have held various positions at Johnson & Johnson since 2019, including Senior Director of Operations and Director of the Venture & Incubation Center. Past roles include Software Design Engineer and Local Integration Test responsible at Alcatel Telecom. Tom also has extensive board experience, including member positions at Voka-Vlaams netwerk van ondernemingen and UBCA, the Business Incubator of the University of Antwerp. Tom earned a Master's degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Vlerick Business School in 2008.
