Valerie Alleger

Valerie Alleger is a seasoned professional in the field of data science, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Data Science at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine since May 2020. In this role, Valerie has initiated and led the Global Commercial Data Science roadmap for Immunology and shaped the overall Global Data Science strategy. Prior to this position, Valerie held various roles at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, including Deputy Director of Global Advanced Analytics, where responsibilities included designing advanced analytics plans and leading a multi-million transformation project. Valerie's career began as a Junior Product Manager with Bayer Crop Science, progressing through roles that combined market analysis, project management, and sales strategy. Valerie holds a Master’s degree in Life Sciences Engineering from AgroParisTech and has furthered expertise through coursework at Harvard Medical School in genetics and precision medicine.
