Andrew Farris

Andrew Farris is currently a Senior Manager at Johnson Lambert. Andrew has been with the company since August 2017 and in their current role since July 2022. Prior to that, they were an Audit Senior Manager at Johnson Lambert LLP from January 2016 to April 2016. Andrew was also an Internal Audit Intern at Red Hat from September 2015 to November 2015. Their responsibilities there included executing Sarbanes-Oxley and operational testing on company internal controls, as well as performing transaction, location, and fraud testing. Andrew also used Oracle, Salesforce, and IDEA software for report generation. Prior to that, they were a Finance/Investor Relations Intern at Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc., Corporate Office from May 2015 to August 2015. There they analyzed, updated, and improved finance and investors relations models in Microsoft Excel. Andrew also created a net asset value model used for company forecasts and in a Board of Directors meeting. In addition, they gathered information and materials for NAREIT and NIRI investor relations conferences, assisted in the preparation of press releases and earnings materials related to financial disclosures, observed interactions between finance/investor relations professionals and financial analysts, and presented their summer's work to the Executive Leadership Team.

Andrew Farris earned a Master's degree in accounting with an ERM concentration from North Carolina State University. Andrew also holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the same university. Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant, having received certification from the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners.

They work with Kim Mobley - Partner, Jayme Malimban - Principal, and Eric Bomenblit - Senior Manager. Their manager is John Prescott, Managing Partner.
