Danny Mortimer

Danny Mortimer is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as the Global Technical Service Leader for Petrochemicals at Johnson Matthey since September 2012, after holding roles as a Product Specialist and Research Chemist within the same company. Prior to this, Danny Mortimer worked as a Scientist specializing in Medicinal Chemistry at BioFocus for a brief period in August 2012 and at Argenta Discovery from September 2011 to July 2012. Academic preparation includes a PhD in Organic Chemistry from The University of Sheffield and an MChem in Chemistry from the University of York. Additional research experience includes postgraduate investigations at The University of Sheffield and undergraduate research at The University of York, complemented by industrial placements at GlaxoSmithKline.
