Heather Blair

Heather Blair is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in process engineering and technical service, currently serving as a Senior FCC Technical Service Engineer at Johnson Matthey since July 2018. Prior to this role, Heather held positions at Tallgrass Energy as a Leak Detection Engineer and at HollyFrontier Corporation in various capacities, including Process Safety Engineer and Hydroprocessing Area Process Engineer. Throughout Heather's career, significant contributions include optimizing refinery operations, enhancing safety and environmental practices, and improving economic outcomes through data-driven recommendations and process decisions. Heather holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
