Joe Pereira has a diverse professional background, starting as a Bricklayer apprentice at WOODHURST CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and eventually moving on to various roles in engineering and operations management. With experience in companies like Johnson Matthey, FFE Ltd, and DS Smith, Joe currently serves as the Operations Transformation Lead at Johnson Matthey in the UK & India.
