Justina Noreikaite

Justina Noreikaite is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Digital Specialist at Johnson Matthey since January 2024, having previously held the role of HR Advisor. Prior to this, Justina worked at Telia from October 2019 to January 2024 as a Reward Specialist and HR Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting managers and employees, improving service processes, and building an internal knowledge base. Earlier experience includes positions at Moody's Corporation as an HR Service Associate, Barclays Group Operations Lithuania as an HR Process Advisor, and various administrative roles. Justina holds a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Vilnius University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, along with a Basic Patisserie Certificate from Le Cordon Bleu London.
