Laura Brunt

Laura Brunt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and internal communications. Currently serving as Senior Change Lead at Johnson Matthey since December 2021, Laura has held significant roles including Group Director of Internal Communication and Engagement. Prior to Johnson Matthey, Laura worked as an Independent Change and Engagement Consultant at Rise and as Global Director of Integration, People at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Laura's tenure at SABMiller, a major global brewer, included positions such as Group Head of Internal Communication and Head of Leadership Engagement. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Grant Thornton UK, Molten Group, and Barclays Bank. Laura holds credentials from Hult Ashridge Executive Education and the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School.
