Christine Bortner

Christine Bortner is a Team Lead and Senior Change Management Specialist at Blackbaud, where since April 2018, responsibilities include ensuring employee effectiveness and engagement through the implementation of successful change initiatives across transformation programs. Previously, Christine served as an Account Executive at ComSurv from September 2017 to April 2018, supporting clients across diverse industries in achieving their security and surveillance objectives. Prior experience also includes working as an Account Manager for Network Infrastructure and as a Recruiter for End User Support at TEKsystems between November 2015 and August 2017, where client support spanned various sectors. Earlier in career development, Christine worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from May 2012 to November 2015, holding roles as Tri-brand Assistant Manager and Intern Management Trainee. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Louisville.
