Maggie McGarry

Maggie McGarry currently serves as the Global Human Resources Director at Johnson Matthey, a role held since February 2022, where primary responsibilities include the development and implementation of the People Plan for Global Platinum Group Metal Services in alignment with business and organizational strategies. Prior to this position, Maggie held various roles at GSK from July 1999 to February 2022, including HR Business Leader for Primary and Antibiotics Manufacturing and HR Director for the UK Employee Relations Centre. Additional experience includes serving as Personnel Officer for both the Borough of Broxbourne and Sainsburys. Maggie McGarry earned a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Sociology from Staffordshire University.
