Mark Clapp is a Senior Scientist at Johnson Matthey, specializing in green hydrogen electrochemistry and PEM water electrolysis since September 2019. Previously, Mark held roles as a Research Scientist and participated in a Science Graduate Scheme, focusing on developing novel coating technologies and iridium-based catalysts. Mark gained early experience as a Summer Intern at GEOCONCEPT Energetics Ltd., where geothermal heating-cooling systems were modeled, and as a Summer Research Intern at Cambridge University, investigating drug stabilization techniques.
