Neha Dwivedi

Neha D. is an accomplished HR professional with significant experience in talent acquisition and learning and development. Currently serving as an L&D Advisor at Johnson Matthey since February 2022, Neha previously held the roles of Human Resources Advisor and Assistant Manager - HR at Freudenberg Group, where responsibilities included leading the recruitment cycle and conducting interviews and assessments for critical roles. Neha’s earlier experience at Freudenberg Group - Sealing Technologies involved planning and facilitating training programs, while initial HR experience was gained at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Neha holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
