Robert Gleave

Robert Gleave is an experienced Senior Patent Attorney at Johnson Matthey since January 2017, specializing in sustainable technology, specifically in the development of new battery materials and components for fuel cells and electrolysers. Prior to this role, Robert served as a Patent Attorney at Coller IP from February 2012 to December 2016 and held the position of Senior Scientist at Prosidion Ltd from June 2010 to December 2011. Robert's earlier career includes significant contributions as Principal Scientist at GSK’s Neurosciences Centre Of Excellence for Drug Discovery and as Senior Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry from September 1999 to June 2010. Academically, Robert holds a 1st MChem degree in Chemistry from the University of Southampton, a Diploma in Law with Distinction from The Open University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property with Distinction from Bournemouth University.
