Susan Lussem

Susan Lussem currently serves as the Global Supply Chain Director at Johnson Matthey, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Susan was the Supply Chain Director at Sellafield Ltd from September 2020 to September 2023. Earlier in career, Susan held various leadership roles at BP, including CPO for the Middle East and Director of Special Projects, from November 2014 to September 2020. As General Manager of Procurement and Supply Chain at African Minerals from December 2012 to July 2014, Susan developed a centralized supply chain department. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Supply Chain at Kumba and Senior Global Category Manager at Anglo American, focusing on supply chain excellence and global strategies respectively. Susan holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
