Dana Lindsay M.D.

Dana Lindsay MD, MPH, FACS, has extensive experience in surgical practices and health services management. As a partner and surgeon at Franklin Surgical Associates since 1997, Dana has also held numerous leadership roles at Johnson Memorial Health, including Chairperson of the Utilization Review Committee, Medical Director of both Surgical Services and Wellness Services, and Member of the Credentials Committee. Additionally, Dana leads the Physician Leadership Council, focusing on optimizing patient care and operational efficiencies. As an independent consultant for health outcomes evaluations and medical/legal consulting, Dana aids companies and attorneys in assessing health services and potential malpractice cases. Dana also served as President of the Indiana Weight Loss and Wellness Institute until December 2023. Educational qualifications include an MD from the University of Chicago, a surgery residency from UT Southwestern Medical Center, and a Master of Public Health from the University of Florida, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Psychology from the University of Miami.
