Heather Armstrong

Heather Armstrong has a diverse work history spanning over 15 years. Heather most recently worked as the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at Johnson Memorial Hospital in 2022. Before that, they were a Revenue Cycle Manager at SCA Health from 2020 to 2022, where they oversaw various revenue cycle processes and maintained relationships with senior leadership. Prior to that, they held various management roles at OrthoIndy, including Clinic Services Manager and Support Services Manager. Heather also worked as an Admissions Manager, Admissions Team Lead, and Admissions Float at OrthoIndy. Additionally, Heather worked as a Front/Back Office Assistant at Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky in 2007.

Heather Armstrong completed their education history with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis from 2011 to 2016. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration and Management, General from WGU Indiana, graduating in 2019. Heather is currently working towards earning a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting from Purdue Global, with an expected completion date in 2025.
