Jorge Patiño-Velásquez, PE, PMP, is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and design. Currently a Project Engineer at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since March 2020, previous roles include Project Manager at Buchart Horn, Inc., and Design Engineer at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson. Jorge has extensive experience in the Public-Private Partnership sector as the PPP Director at Grupo Odinsa SA, overseeing critical infrastructure projects such as the Build-Operate-Transfer of major roadways.
