Kyle Compton

Kyle Compton is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in structural engineering and project management. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and Office Leader at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since January 2023, Kyle previously held the role of Project Manager and Office Lead at Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers from September 2017 to January 2023. Prior to that, Kyle worked as a Bridge Design Engineer at AECOM and as a Bridge Engineer at NCDOT. Kyle obtained a Master of Civil Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from North Carolina State University.
