Teresa Hart

Teresa Hart, PE, CPM, has extensive experience in the transportation engineering sector, currently serving as Vice President at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since August 2016 after progressing through various leadership roles including Associate Vice President, Director of Transportation Services, and Planning Section Manager for the North Carolina Office. Prior to this, Teresa held significant positions at the North Carolina Department of Transportation from May 1993 to July 2016, including Project Development Support Services Section Head and NC Public Transportation Division Director. Teresa's career began at the same department in various engineering roles starting in June 1986. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
