James Kasten

James Kasten serves as the Director of Internal Audit at Johnson Outdoors since June 2022. Prior to this, James held the position of Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Reyes Holdings, where responsibilities included risk-based audit leadership for West Coast beverage and beer operations. James has extensive experience in internal audit management, having worked at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and TDS®, where contributions focused on enhancing audit practices and building collaborative relationships with global teams and senior leadership. Early career roles at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP and ManpowerGroup provided a solid foundation in financial statement audits and vendor management. James earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from the Lubar College of Business between 1997 and 2001.
