Sara Vidian

Sara Vidian is the Vice President of Human Resources at Johnson Outdoors. Sara has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Sara started their career at Morgan Stanley in 1986 as a Manager in Human Resources. Sara then moved to Rainfair in 1991 where they were the Director of Human Resources. In 1997, they joined LaCrosse Footwear as their Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held for six years. In 2003, they joined Johnson Outdoors, where they have been ever since.

Sara Vidian has a Bachelor of Science in Business/Human Relations from Carroll University and a high school diploma from Arrowhead High School.

Sara Vidian reports to Helen Johnson-Leipold, Chairman & CEO. They work with John C. Moon - Vice President & Chief Information Officer, William S. Kelly - Group Vice President - Camping and Watercraft Recreation, and Judy Douglas - Group Vice President - Fishing.
