Chris O'Toole has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chris started their career at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as a Consultant, focusing on Performance Improvement from 1996 to 1998. Chris then worked at BASES as a Research Analyst before becoming a Senior Research Analyst at ACNielsen BASES from 1998 to 2001.

In 2003, Chris joined Miller Brewing Company as a Marketing Business Analyst and Associate Brand Manager for their Economy Beer Segment. Chris later became a Senior Associate Brand Manager for Miller Lite and the Milwaukee's Best Franchise.

Since 2007, Chris has been working at Johnsonville Sausage, holding various Brand Manager roles.
