Erik Falck is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in innovation and brand management across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as Director of Innovation, Snacking & Design at Johnsonville since 2018, Erik has successfully developed the Snacking Platform Strategy and launched new products such as the Summer Sausage Snack Sticks. Prior to this role, Erik held various positions at The Hershey Company, where achievements included managing the Sweets Brands portfolio and spearheading innovation for iconic brands like REESE’S and HERSHEY’S. Erik’s career also includes entrepreneurial ventures in brand marketing and consulting, alongside significant roles at Johnson & Johnson and experience as a software engineering intern. Erik holds an MBA in Strategic Brand Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
