Brooks Moore, P.E. serves as the Chief of Facilities and Construction at Johnston County Public Schools since June 2017, previously holding the position of Construction Director. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager/Estimator at S.T. Wooten Corporation from June 2015 to May 2017 and serving as a Civil Engineer with the US Army Corps of Engineers from June 2009 to May 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing construction projects on Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. Additionally, Brooks Moore gained early experience as a Civil Engineer Intern at NCDOT from May 2005 to August 2008. Academic qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Building Construction from Auburn University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from North Carolina State University (2005-2009).
