In 2008, they joined Johnston Equipment as the Director of Finance, where they served until 2011. Andrew then became the Vice President of Finance at Johnston Equipment from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they were promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer at Johnston Equipment in 2013.
