Domenic Ricchio

Domenic Ricchio currently holds the position of Director, National Call Centre Operations at Johnston Equipment. With extensive experience in contact center operations, Domenic has also worked as a Contact Centre Program Manager at a consulting company, a Sr. Manager at National Home Services, and a Sr. Manager at TigerTel. Domenic has a diploma in Network & Internet Systems Specialist from CDI College and recently completed the Ontario Mortgage Agent Course from Mortgage Professionals Canada.
