Sean Fennell has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Sean started their career in 1991 as a Quantity Surveyor at Kent, where they managed financials and contracts for various projects in the UK. Sean then joined Celerity in 1999 as the General Manager Ireland, handling project controls and negotiating financials for a large construction project in France.

In 2005, Sean became the Sales Director at Phoenix Safety, a role they held until 2009. Sean then co-founded EazySafe, an online safety training platform, where they served as the Director and Head of Sales. Sean was responsible for driving new business and managing the upgrading of new online learning technologies. Sean left EazySafe in 2012 and co-founded GoContractor (originally Initiafy), a software platform that delivers online orientations to construction and heavy industry companies. As the Co-Founder and Enterprise Salesperson, they focused on expanding the US market through enterprise contracts and strategic partnerships.

In 2022, Sean joined EcoOnline Global as the VP of Enterprise Sales. In this role, they led a team of Account Executives and was responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing large deals with key accounts. Sean also developed and executed sales strategies, built and maintained relationships with decision-makers, managed the sales pipeline, and provided coaching and development to the sales team.

Most recently, Sean joined Join in 2023 as an Enterprise Salesperson, where they utilize their expertise in sales to contribute to the company's growth.
