Kelly oversees campaigns, activations, and initiatives that further the Root brand pillars of fairness, ease, and personalization. Kelly manages the internal and external communications teams, as well, ensuring the Root story is shared powerfully and consistently with customers, media, and employees.
Kelly previously served as Root’s Chief Brand Officer for three years. Prior to that, she served as partner and Chief Creative Officer at Ologie, and at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia in senior content roles as the brand launched into product, television, radio, and partnership channels.
