Rebecca Foden

Rebecca Foden is an experienced professional in early careers and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Early Careers Global Leader at Join Talent and as an Advisory Board Member at the Association of Apprentices. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Head of Early Careers & Employer Branding at EY and was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Government at Capita. Additionally, Rebecca is a Mentee with the 30% Club. Educationally, Rebecca holds a BSc Hons in German Language and European Studies from Aston University and is pursuing an Associate CIPD in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at BPP Law School.
