Frank Canlas

Frank Canlas has several years of experience in the healthcare industry, beginning with their role as Patient and Provider Relations Administrator at Apria Healthcare in 1997. Frank later became the Manager of Utilization Call Center at Apria Healthcare in 2003. From there, they moved on to be the Customer Service Manager at Prospect Medical, then the Network Manager from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Canlas became the Regional Performance Manager at CareMore Health and stayed there until 2018. During their tenure at CareMore, they played a crucial role in driving performance improvement. In 2019, they spent a brief period as Call Center Manager at Golden State Medicare Health Plan before joining Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County as Director of Provider & Community Relations. In 2021, they joined Curative as the Director of Payer Relations and Enrollment before being recruited by Tangelo as the Director of Provider Outreach in 2023.

Frank Canlas attended Mater Dei High School, although it is not specified when they graduated. After high school, they went on to Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration. From 1989-1993, they studied business management and Hispanic business and earned a BBA degree.
