Angeline Tellis

Angeline Tellis currently serves as the AVP of People & Culture at Join Ventures since February 2023. Prior to this role, Angeline worked as GM of People & Culture at QI Spine and held multiple positions at Nykaa from September 2018 to February 2023, progressing from Assistant Manager to Manager. Angeline also gained experience as a Human Resources Consultant while freelancing and worked as a Workplace Designer at Yellow Spark. Earlier roles included HR Project Officer at the School of Vocational Education - Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Assistant Manager - HR at Thadomal Shahani Trust's Centre for Management, and a consultancy position at iVolunteer. Angeline began a career at Randstad India, starting as Senior Executive - HR and advancing to Assistant Manager - HR (West). The career commenced at HDFC Bank as a Sales Coordinator. Angeline holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BCom in Accounts, Taxation & Computers from the University of Mumbai.
