Sivakumar Kailasam

Sivakumar Kailasam has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Sivakumar is currently working as the Head of Engineering at Assembly, a company specializing in joined assembly. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at Smile.io as a Technical Lead, overseeing a remote team and contributing to the growth of the engineering team. Sivakumar also has experience as the Founder and Organizer of the Ember.js Bangalore Meetup, where they organized events from 2014 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Software Consultant in 2017 and as a Senior Principal Software Engineer at MaaS360 by Fiberlink, an IBM company, from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they co-founded Zachelor in 2013 and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mindtree from 2010 to 2013.
