Matt Parkin, CAPM®, has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Their most recent position is as the Business Development Lead, Customer Success, and Sales at FindWRK, where they focus on improving the candidate experience and connecting with top hourly talent. Before that, they founded Mornings With Matt Consulting, where they helped entrepreneurs leverage LinkedIn to scale their personal brands and hosted workshops. Matt also worked at JJ Ventures as the Head of Operations, Social Media Manager, Ghostwriter, and Content Creator, assisting founders and CEOs of brands in scaling their content on LinkedIn.

Prior to that, Matt co-founded LEAP Canada, a non-profit organization that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and connections they need to transition into post-secondary education. In this role, they led the federal incorporation process, developed bylaws, and oversaw the mentorship program and internal development. Matt obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University, and they also completed the Honors Business Administration program at the Ivey Business School at Western University. In 2020, they pursued further education in various fields. Matt attended The Wharton School, where their focus was on Business Analytics. Additionally, they enrolled in courses at Harvard University to study Computer Science for Business Professionals, and at the University of California, Berkeley, they focused on Marketing Analytics. Matt also pursued studies in Computer Science at Stanford University.
