Mindaugas Petrutis

Mindaugas Petrutis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mindaugas began their career in 2007 as a Bartender/Manager in local restaurants and bars, eventually becoming the manager of a successful restaurant in Lanzarote. In 2012, they worked as a Waiter at The Clarence Hotel.

In 2013, Mindaugas transitioned to sales and account management as a Key Account Manager at Supplies Team Solutions. Mindaugas achieved and exceeded sales targets and managed a dedicated customer base.

From 2014 to 2015, Mindaugas worked as a Product/UX Recruiter at Solas Consulting Group. Mindaugas developed a strong interest in design and built relationships with tech companies and design agencies.

In 2015, Mindaugas founded Sketch Labs, a company that aimed to help designers find jobs and assist companies in hiring better. Mindaugas managed the entire hiring process, from business development to candidate sourcing and offer extensions.

Mindaugas joined InVision in 2017 as EMEA Customer Success, driving the product design process for leading Fortune 100 companies. Mindaugas later became the Head of EMEA Community, organizing design leadership dinners and supporting community initiatives.

In 2020, Mindaugas started working at On Deck as the Program Director | Design Fellowship. Mindaugas facilitated professional development and access to a trusted network for experienced designers. In 2022, they took on the role of Director, Technical Programs.

Mindaugas also worked as a Community Advisor at AhoyConnect and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Coho, a professional development community for leaders.

Mindaugas Petrutis completed their Leaving Certificate at Adolfas Jucys Secondary School from 1988 to 2000. Mindaugas then pursued Business Administration at Lithuanian Christian College, LCC from 2000 to 2001. In addition, they attended Marinette High School in Wisconsin, USA from 1998 to 1999, but the degree obtained or field of study for this period is not specified.

Furthermore, Mindaugas Petrutis acquired additional certifications such as "User Experience for the Web" from Open2Study in April 2015 and "Black Belt in Internet Recruitment" from Social Talent in February 2015.
