Leorah Setton has extensive experience in customer support and team management, currently serving as the Support Manager for Frontline & Fraud at Drop since September 2018, where Leorah leads the support team and fraud prevention efforts. Prior to this role, Leorah worked at Starbucks from August 2015 to September 2018, progressing from Customer Support Associate to Senior Customer Support Associate focused on user lifecycle and accounts, and served as a Shift Supervisor and Barista Trainer, ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing sales and labor. Leorah’s earlier experience includes serving as a catering server at Paradise Catering from May 2014 to July 2015. Leorah holds a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from McMaster University, a Graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioral Sciences from Mohawk College, and a Certificate in Product Management from BrainStation.
