Shalini Kasliwal

Shalini Kasliwal is an experienced professional with a long history of success in the fields of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Consulting. Shalini began their professional career in 2013 as a Senior Lead, Talent Acquisition - Digital, Kindle & Content at Amazon. In 2014, they moved to Couchbase as the Head of Talent Management. In 2015, they were hired by GSN (TV & Games) as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, where they built the Global Recruitment function. In 2016, they joined Metromile as the Head of Talent Management. In 2018, Shalini founded and became the CEO of EventJoin. In 2019, they founded and became the CEO of JoinEight and joined the Advisory Board of GIWL. In 2021, they became a Member of Chief and a Milestone Maker at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center. Shalini is currently an Advisor and Consultant.

Shalini Kasliwal received their MBA from National University between 2001 and 2003. In 2017, they attended Stanford University to study Stanford Innovation & Entrepreneurship. In 2018, they attended The Wharton School to study Organizational Leadership. Additionally, in June 2008 they obtained a certification from AIRS.
