Justin Peroff

Justin Peroff is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as Head of Legal and Compliance at Fizz and Pro Bono Counsel for New York Angels. Additionally, Justin is a member of The L Suite under TechGC. Previously, Justin held the position of Senior Associate in the Office of General Counsel at Rothschild & Co and worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Earlier experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore and summer associate positions at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Justin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law, an MBA in Corporate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University. Additionally, Justin earned a Bilingual International Baccalaureate Diploma from TFS - Canada’s International School.
