Sierra Campbell-Unsoeld

Sierra Campbell-Unsoeld is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive operations and talent management. At Forma, Sierra currently serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Co-Founders while also supporting administrative functions and talent operations. Prior to this role, Sierra managed a team of over 120 remote nurses and phone enrollers at CircleLink Health, focusing on productivity and quality assurance, while also enhancing hiring processes and performance metrics. Sierra's earlier experience at Shape House included leading client care programs across multiple locations and developing teams to improve client experiences through various SaaS platforms.
