Andres Max Salmeron is the current Head of Operations at Juno. Prior to that, they worked as a CX Specialist at Circle from April 2018 to November 2019. In their role at Circle, they were responsible for navigation customer accounts to ensure a seamless experience and resolving issues. Andres also researched and reviewed policies to communicate effective solutions via messaging using various CRM tools. In addition, they performed routine KYC screenings and established best practices in partnership with the Risk team.
Andres quickly became responsible for KYC training for CX, along with general mentorship of new associates who require training with regards to blockchain, cryptocurrencies, security, and technical practices. Andres also developed communications strategy for Twitter and implemented a tracking and training system. Moreover, they managed customer resources and content to improve engagement. Lastly, they collaborated with our engineering and product teams to improve internal tools and customer-facing products in order to create a best-in-class experience.
Andres Max Salmeron has a bachelor's degree in Radio, Television and Film from Northwestern University. Andres also has a high school diploma from Classical High School.
