Claudia Carlson

Claudia has held executive finance leadership positions at companies such as Block (Square), American Express and PwC. As Bank Controller at Block, she established the accounting and treasury function and regulatory reporting compliance framework to support a new bank entity. During her time at American Express, she directed the new product and strategic initiative implementation for several core banking and finance functions. Claudia is passionate about talent development and building high-performing accounting organizations. She also enjoys sharing her extensive finance experience, serving as an MBA adjunct professor for several years.
