Riddhiman Pal

Riddhiman Pal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2014, they interned at Tesco HSC. After that, they worked at Value Edge as a Trainee Analyst, Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst, where they managed research analysts and collaborated with global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. In 2018, they had a graduate internship at Uber and also served as a Senior Coordinator for Sponsorship at the Forum for Industrial Interaction, The Business Club of IIM Bangalore. Later, in 2019, Riddhiman became a Program Manager at Uber. Following that, they joined WhiteHat Jr in 2020, initially as a Program Manager and later as a Senior Program Manager, demonstrating their growth in the company. In 2021, they moved to Camp K12, where they worked in the CEO's Office. Finally, in 2022, Riddhiman became the Head of Supply and Online Marketplace at JoinMyTrip. Overall, their experience includes program management, senior coordination, senior business analysis, and roles in CEO's Office and online marketplace management.

Riddhiman Pal completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in the years 2010 to 2014. Riddhiman then pursued a PGP in Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which they completed from 2017 to 2019. As an exchange student, Riddhiman attended KU Leuven in 2018, where they focused on Accounting and Business/Management. Prior to their college education, they attended Mother's International School from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Riddhiman obtained certification in "Becoming a Product Manager" from LinkedIn in June 2020.
