Nicole Arboleda

Nicole Arboleda serves as the UI/UX Lead at Joinnus since November 2022, leading the UX/UI Product team on significant projects, including website redesign and the development of design systems while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and defining success metrics. Prior to this, Nicole worked at FREENOW as a Regional CX UX & Content Assistant, where contributions to the redesign of WhatsApp and Facebook channels earned a promotion. Nicole's diverse experience also includes roles as a backoffice assistant, web designer, and various positions in customer support and social media management. Nicole holds multiple certifications in digital product design and UX/UI design, alongside an educational background in business and technical disciplines.
