Gareth Morris

Gareth Morris is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple regions, including EMEA and APAC. Currently serving as an Executive Member at Pavilion since May 2024, Gareth completed the CRO School in August-September 2024. As SVP International at Own Company since March 2019, Gareth has successfully driven Go To Market initiatives, scaling annual revenue from $50 million to over $70 million and managing a team of 150+ across various global hubs. Previous positions include SVP EMEA, where Gareth spearheaded growth in sales and teams, and VP & GM EMEA, achieving significant milestones in team size and revenue. Additional roles at Model N, Salesforce, and Oracle highlight Gareth's ability to lead sales and marketing operations, deliver impressive revenue growth, and effectively manage cross-functional teams. Educational credentials include a leadership program at the University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from the University of Nottingham.
