Kenneth Reines, MA Soc. MS ForPSY, currently serves as a Real Estate Agent at ERA American Real Estate since May 2023, bringing a diverse background in customer service and investigation. Previous experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative for the Social Security Administration, where responsibilities involved assisting the public with information on laws and programs. Additionally, Kenneth has held roles such as Child Protective Investigator with the State of Florida and Medical Support Assistant at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on health care eligibility and administrative processes.
