Anagha Krishnamoorthy

Anagha Krishnamoorthy is a Biologist Postdoctoral Fellow at the Joint BioEnergy Institute, having held this position since February 2022. Previously, Anagha served as an Editor for the Plant and Animal Science department at Cactus Communications from August 2021 to December 2021. Anagha's early research experience includes working as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 2014 and completing a summer internship at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2011. Anagha holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (2014-2021), a Master of Science in Applied Plant Science from the University of Madras (2010-2012), and a Bachelor of Science in Plant Biology and Plant Biotechnology from Ethiraj College for Women (2007-2010). Additionally, Anagha has pursued French language studies at Alliance Française of Madras, obtaining DELF-DALF A1 and A2 certifications.
