Jessica Fulton

Jessica Fulton serves as Vice President and Interim President at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, where experience includes the role of Economic Policy Director since October 2018. Prior to this, Jessica held various positions at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth from November 2014 to October 2018, including External Relations Director and Senior Manager of Policy and Government Relations. Jessica's earlier experience encompasses outreach at the DC Fiscal Policy Institute and an internship at the U.S. House of Representatives. Beginning a career as a Research and Policy Associate at the Chicago Urban League, Jessica also contributed as an Aldermanic Assistant for the City of Chicago. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economic Policy Analysis from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.
