Mohaymen Abdelghany has a wide range of experience in the healthcare industry. Mohaymen has held various leadership roles in different organizations.

In 2006, they joined the Saudi German Hospitals Group as Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director. Mohaymen later became the Chief Executive Officer of Saudi German Hospital Aseer and also took on the role of Group Quality & Patient Safety Director for the entire group.

In 2009, Abdelghany became the CEO of Al Sharq Healthcare before moving on to become the CEO of Saudi German Hospital Dubai in 2011. During their time there, they oversaw the planning, management, and development of the hospital. The hospital was inaugurated by Mohaymen'sHighness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Abdelghany joined KEF Holdings in 2012 as the Vice President for Healthcare and Executive Director of the Healthcare Advisory Board. Mohaymen was responsible for creating and implementing the strategy for a $500M USD healthcare business.

In 2014, they became the CEO of Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai, where they managed the hospital's operations and oversaw the opening of the hospital in Dubai.

Abdelghany served as a Board Member for the Dubai Private Hospitals Business Group in 2020.

From 2020 to 2022, they were the CEO of Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children, a premium hospital in Abu Dhabi. Mohaymen led the hospital and clinics, offering comprehensive healthcare services to women and children.

Abdelghany also held positions outside of the UAE. Mohaymen worked as an Independent Physician Consultant for Joint Commission International in Chicago, providing advisory services to healthcare organizations worldwide. In 2023, they became the CEO for King's College Hospitals in Saudi Arabia, leading the efforts to bring British healthcare to the region.

In 2023, Abdelghany will take on the role of Vice President for Fakeeh Care - UAE and CEO of Fakeeh University Hospital.

Mohaymen Abdelghany has an extensive education history in the field of healthcare management and leadership. In 1990, they obtained their M.B.B.CH degree in Medicine from Alexandria University. Mohaymen then pursued further education and obtained an MSc in Anesthesia & Critical Care from Alexandria University in 1997. In 2005, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Quality from The American University in Cairo.

In 2009, Abdelghany pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). Mohaymen also obtained several certifications, such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality in 2008 and Fellowship of the American Institute of Healthcare Quality (FAIHQ) from the American Institute for Healthcare Quality in 2009.

Abdelghany continued their education in executive programs and obtained several certifications. Some of the notable certifications include Consulting Essentials from Joint Commission International in 2017, Certified Trainer of Crucial Conversations from VitalSmarts in 2016, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Cambridge, UK in 2009.

Additionally, Abdelghany has completed various executive education programs. From 2015 to 2016, they attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education for a certificate in Managing Healthcare Delivery. In 2018 to 2019, they furthered their education at the Harvard Business School Executive Education and completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program (SELP) with a focus on Organizational Leadership.
