Jeff Peel

Jeff Peel, AICP, currently serves as Deployment Manager at the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation, having assumed this role in November 2023. Previously, from August 2020 to November 2023, Jeff worked as a Senior Account Executive at StreetLight Data, where expertise in Big Data analytics was utilized to address transportation challenges. Jeff's prior experience includes significant positions at the New York City Department of Transportation, where responsibilities encompassed managing transit development projects and public engagement efforts, and as a Recovery & Resiliency Fellow at New York City Transit, focusing on hurricane preparedness. Earlier roles include advocacy in bicycle policy at the League of American Bicyclists and project management within the Washington Area Bicyclist Association. Jeff holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from The University of Southern Mississippi.
