Celina Realuyo serves as an Expert Member for The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime since July 2017 and is a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the National Defense University, specializing in Homeland Security and International Political Economy. Additionally, Celina holds the position of Senior Fellow at the Joint Special Operations University and has been a Professor of Practice of National Security Affairs at the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies. In education, Celina is an Adjunct Professor of International Affairs at The George Washington University, focusing on the implications of globalization on national security. As President of CBR Global Advisors LLC, Celina provides strategic consulting services, while past roles include Director of Counterterrorism Finance Programs at the U.S. Department of State and various academic positions. Celina holds advanced degrees from Harvard Business School and The Johns Hopkins University, along with a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
